Policy Statements

We are pleased to welcome our customers with the best possible products in our product categories. We always thrive to ensure meeting customer expectations of quality of our products. Additionally, we chose best available delivery means to ship our products to you.

We consider you have been through the necessary measures defined in Acceptance Policies defined in Delivery and Cancellation Policy before accepting the products.

We understand that due to various individual preferences, sometimes things might go not as expected even after our 360° care to production, packaging and distribution.


Thank you for purchasing our products, and please accept our apologies for the inconvenience you are getting to return it. Please be advised that we replace only the defective and inedible products. Any physical damage to eligible product packaging negatively impacts the chances of return and replacement entirely.


Priority for replacement for eligible products will be given to the same products only. If the product is experiencing shortage of supply, customers are eligible to select other available products to replace with or ask for a complete or partial refund. Please be advised that products delivery charges are mandatory for applicable orders as third-party payment.

Replacement and Return Policies

FOR REPLACEMENT AND RETURNING OF PRODUCTS, PLEASE CHECK THE FOLLOWING AND ACT ACCORDINGLY

24-hour Policy 

If you have any issues with perishable and frozen products like ghee, butter and, cheese, and bakery items, please inform us within 24 hours about it. 


It is mandatory for you to provide us with proof of the issues you are getting/raising by sending photos to our WhatsApp number <number>. In addition to being the proof of mishaps, it will help us in mitigating them in our future Quality Control checks.


Eligibility Conditions:
  • Expired products
  • Unsealed products with loose lugs and caps
  • Any undesirable fungus
  • For products with unusual odors, please visit us personally with the products as soon as possible.


Please be advised that any complaint registered after 24 hours won't be addressed in such cases.

7-day Policy

We have a 7-day return policy for dog chews and other perishable items. A return-eligible product should be unused, and in same condition as it is received. You should also return it in its original packaging with the bill that you used to purchase it. Products with open/torn package are not eligible to replacement, return or refund.


If you are travelling, please share the proof of the product by sharing photo evidences on WhatsApp number <number> to be eligible.


Eligibility Conditions:
  • Differences in net quantity of advertised in the package and sold package of product,
  • Expired and informed products


Please be advised that any complaint registered after 7 days won't be addressed in such cases.

Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Products with physical damage, such as pierced / torn plastic bottles, cracked/ broken glass bottles, etc., are neither returned, replaced nor refunded in any case.

Refund Conditions 

If the replacement product is experiencing shortage of supply, customers are eligible to select other available products to replace with or ask for a complete or partial refund. Please be advised that the applicable service charge for transfer of funds is deducted as required by regulatory institutions.

  • We do not accept refunds without the original receipt.
  • Products with physical damage or tampering are not accepted for refunding.
  • A refund is approved or rejected after thorough inspection of the product sent to us.
  • You will be informed about the decision and if a refund is approved.
  • You will be contacted for similar or other products to choose from, or
  • Our logistics team member will contact you to arrange the refund.
  • Refunds can be in full or partial based on whether you select other products for you.

Other Relevant Policies

Associated Charges

Please be advised that delivery charges associated with Return, Replace or Refund are strictly third-party payments and hence are not adjusted in the price you paid for the product, and hence such delivery or service charges are non-refundable. Customer should be liable for all such charges and Nature Works will not be liable for the same.

Health Advisory and Liability

Please do not use Expired products, or products with fungus or different odours, and inform us immediately in such cases. Nature Works and its subordinates should not be considered liable to any health or other hazards, if consumed instead of returning to NW or destroying such products.
